Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept all card payments except for American Express. If you are shopping from anywhere in Europe or anywhere else, please click on to the relevant countries flag from the home page and order through the individual company's channel. If you do not find your relevant countries flag please order as normal through the UK site and we will contact you personally regarding destination and shipping.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. If any product is out of stock, however available to send within the following 14 days of order the product would be charged for at time of original order. In the unlikely event of the product being out of stock for longer than 14 days then we would not charge you for the product, until it was in stock and ready to be shipped. You may cancel your order if the product requested is unable to be delivered within a required time frame and entitled to a full refund for that product. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone or fax along with your personal details, delivery information and products required.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Neither you nor Gematria Ltd will be liable for any delay or failure to perform our respective obligations under this contract due to any cause beyond our reasonable control including without limitation any act of God, terrorism, strike, lock-out, trade dispute, traffic accident or any act or omission of any government or regulatory authority.
Orders are not accepted from persons under the age of 18 years old. By placing an order you demonstrate that you are over such an age. Where you place an order and are under that age you are in breach of contract. The holder of the credit or debit card that you use will be fully liable for all sums charged.

Shipping And Handling All Items will be posted Royal mail 1st Class service from the UK, Items will be combined for shipping where possible and when paid on one order. If you require urgent delivery there will be a charge (at the current royal mail rate) for next day special delivery (for UK only) and you will be sent an invoice. We dispatch with in 1 day of receiving full payment (except weekend/bank holidays) but special and bulk orders may take longer but you will be advised at the time of purchase or enquiry.
Postage & Packaging is a standard 7 Euros within Europe, if you would prefer to recieve your items on a guranteed delivery day or as soon as possible please contact us and we can arrange our European delivery service to ship the products to you directly. The charges depend upon which EU country for delivery. |
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you on the same day of order providing the order is completed before 1pm. Any order received after 1pm will be sent the following business day. International orders are generally received in under 14 days, depending on destination.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Gematria Ltd operates a 7-day, no-quibble returns policy, as long as the goods are returned to us in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition, we will not refund for items until they are returned to us, proof of posting is not proof of return and you are advised to use royal mail signed for when returning items. No claims will be entertained unless the above conditions are adhered to. Please notify us by email of the problem and await our response before returning items as we will provide a return address. Postage is paypable by the customer, except in the case of an incorrect or damaged order being sent out.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
